I am an concept artist and illustrator currently based in Tempe, Arizona. I work primarily with character art, character design, and asset development. I love experimenting with different styles and subject matters, but always find comfort creating work within sci-fi themes.
From a very young age, I always knew I wanted to create. Throughout my life, I have explored different paths and methods to express my creativity, and each contributed to my artistic process. Growing up in a STEM oriented family greatly influenced the subject matters often found in my work. Participating in school and community theater allowed me to explore character acting, choreography, costuming, props, and set design. Creating handmade jewelry encouraged me to think outside of the box in terms of designing characters and props. I am always on the lookout for new creative outlets that can contribute to my work as a character designer and concept artist!
I bring 2D assets from ideation to completion for educational games. I work on a variety of projects, requiring me to utilize my multitasking skills. I communicate with my team and team leads to ensure successful delivery of each assignment in a timely manner. I work on concepts that are later brought to our 3D team to model. I create User Interface icons that blend seamlessly into the aesthetic of a variety of games. I am able to match previously established styles within the projects I am assigned to, ensuring that everything looks uniform.
I created a promotional advertisement for the campaign “FUN No ReFUNds” by Studio Bad Egg. With a tight turn around, I was able to create a unique and visually interesting piece of art to help them promote the launch of their successful campaign. This project utilized my style matching ability to parody a variety of popular blind box toys.
I worked on the character and costume design for a one-off indie animated episode “Race Against Slime”. As a part of the concept art team, I developed character concepts along with alternate outfits for one of the main characters, 5 side characters, and various background characters, along with character turnarounds of the agreed upon designs the directors wanted. I worked closely with other concept artists, the team lead, and the directors to ensure that the designs fit their vision and style of the project.
I worked as a freelance visual development artist for Joybott Animation’s indie animated short “ShowStoppers: Plan B". Working alongside a team of concept artists, storyboard artists, writers, and animators, I assisted in creating background character designs and exploring various interior environments that would go on to be modeled and animated. The short went to premiere at film festivals in summer of 2025, winning Best Animated Comedy Film at Georgia Comedy Film Festival.
I created a logo for the Northsound Swimmers group. The graphic was created with the intention of being used on merchandise and promotional materials for the group
I was the project manager for an interactive learning tool project through SCADpro in a collaboration with Stride Learning. I was able to lead the SCADpro team to ensure a successful creation and delivery of the product and collaborated with the team to align the schedule and tasks to fit the needs of the project and deadline. I facilitated communication between our team with SCADpro and the Stride Learning team. Along with project managing, I also assisted in creating graphics in presentation deliverables.
I created a text and image logo for the roller derby apparel store "Skate Pretty". In a one month time frame, I worked with the client to create a logo that matched the ideas in mind.
